Every external audit process requires planning and that is why we have defined a product that follows the following steps
Every external audit process requires planning and for that it is important to understand the company's business and the purpose of the audit
After initial analysis, a schedule is created and deliverables are defined
Based on the defined schedule, activities are carried out, including interviews with the responsible managers, analysis of documents, technologies involved, current processes and among other activities necessary for the audit.
After the analysis activities are completed, evidence is generated and, if improvement points are identified, these are directed to the responsible areas.
Evidence is sent by our team or by the client to the external auditor, or if the audit is carried out through a meeting.
