Which rights you can exercise

Access. Find out which of your personal data is being processed and what the processing operations are.
Confirmation. Confirm whether or not your personal data is being processed.
Rectification. Correct inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date data.
Erasure. Have your personal data erased, within the limits of the law.
Objection. Ask for your data not to be processed, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Withdrawal of consent. Withdraw your consent at any time, where consent was the basis for the processing.
Restriction of processing. Restrict the use of your data in the situations provided for by law.
Data portability. Receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit it to another controller.
Information about sharing. Find out which entities your data has been shared with.

How it works

1. You submit your request

State the right you wish to exercise, your name and a contact email. That is all.

2. We confirm receipt

You receive an email confirming that your request has been logged. If we need to verify your identity, we ask at that point and explain why.

3. We respond within 15 days

We send our response to the email address provided. If the request is complex and we need more time, we will let you know within the deadline and explain why.
