Cyber Security and Data Protection Audit
We carry out a full cyber security and data protection audit of your e-commerce environment, from the main interface through to direct integrations. The focus is on identifying and fixing vulnerabilities and non-compliance that could compromise the security of your business. Once critical, medium and high items have been fixed, we issue the Selo E-commerce Defence N1.
Continuous Monitoring
We put continuous monitoring in place, alongside the annual audit, to detect changes that affect the security and compliance of the online store. If you already hold the Selo E-commerce Defence N1, continuous monitoring will allow you to obtain the N2 seal, valid for 1 year, ensuring a proactive and reactive approach to data protection.
Training and Awareness
We provide periodic cyber security training, tailored to the technology used in your online store and to the vulnerabilities identified. This training aims to make staff aware of best practice in digital security. Online stores holding the N1 and N2 seals can obtain the N3 seal once the training has been successfully implemented.

The organisation wishing to obtain the E-commerce Security Seal must begin the process by sending a formal request to B10SEC. The request will be carefully assessed by our team of specialists.
Our team specialising in cyber security and data protection will carry out a detailed analysis of the security practices implemented in your e-commerce. The aim of this analysis is to verify whether your site complies with the strict requirements of the Selo E-commerce Defence, assessing it in categories N1, N2 e N3.
Based on the results of the assessment, we will identify the areas for improvement and recommend specific corrective actions , as well as a tailored action plan to resolve any vulnerability or non-compliance.
Following the successful implementation of the action plans and verification that all specific requirements for each level (N1, N2 or N3) have been met, the Selo E-commerce Defence will be issued to your organisation. This seal will reflect the level of security achieved in your online store.
